Located just off the heart of Summit’s downtown minutes from Chatham, Madison, and Short Hills, the office is on the 3rd floor of 469 Morris Ave in the same complex as Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy.

From Morristown:

  1. Take route 24 to Exit 7 John F Kennedy Parkway

  2. Turn LEFT on to Woodland Rd.

  3. Proceed .2 miles to Canoe Brook Parkway and turn RIGHT.

  4. Proceed .5 mi and turn RIGHT onto Beverly Rd.

  5. Park in the lot to your LEFT. We are located on the 3rd Floor

From NYC:

  1. Take route 78 to Route 24 W.

  2. Exit 7 B-A to merge onto NJ 124 W/Morris Tpk toward River Rd W/ Summit/ Chatham.

  3. Merge onto NJ 124 W

  4. Merge onto John F Kennedy Parkway which becomes River Rd

  5. In .2 mi turn LEFT onto Woodland Ave

  6. In .5 miles turn RIGHT onto Canoe Brook Parkway

  7. Turn RIGHT onto Beverly Rd.

  8. Park in the lot to your LEFT. We are located on the 3rd Floor.
